Ingredients

  • 400g can of chickpeas
  • 1 Tbsp of tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 4 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • Juice of a lemon
  • Salt to taste

Method

    Chickpeas
    Open the tin of chickpeas, Drain and rinse, Peel the garlic.

    Food Processor
    Place the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, cumin, oil and lemon juice in the food processor.

    Blitz
    Blitz for way longer than you think yo get a creamy consistency.
  • 4
    Garnish
    Spoon in to an airtight container, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of cumin.
