- 400g can of chickpeas
- 1 Tbsp of tahini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of cumin
- Juice of a lemon
- Salt to taste
Method

1ChickpeasOpen the tin of chickpeas, Drain and rinse, Peel the garlic.

2Food ProcessorPlace the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, cumin, oil and lemon juice in the food processor.

3BlitzBlitz for way longer than you think yo get a creamy consistency.

4GarnishSpoon in to an airtight container, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of cumin.
