Berry Kefir Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 large handful of mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 150-200 ml kefir milk
  • Splash of water optional for a less thick smoothie
  • Ice


  • Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller chunks.
  • In a blender, combine the banana chunks, mixed berries, hemp seeds, chia seeds, honey (if using), and kefir milk.
  • Optionally, add a splash of water if you prefer a thinner consistency for your smoothie.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to make the smoothie cold.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
