  • 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 75 g frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 g honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional


  • Add the almond milk, frozen cauliflower florets, banana, almond butter, cocoa powder, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes to the blender and blend again.
