Ingredients

  • 60 g chia seeds
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 30 g honey or maple syrup
  • 300 ml almond milk
  • Blueberries for topping
  • Sprinkle of nuts and seeds to garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, cocoa powder, and honey.
  • Slowly pour in the almond milk while whisking continuously to avoid clumps.
  • Once all ingredients are well combined, let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, whisk the mixture again to prevent clumping, then cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, divide the pudding into two serving cups or bowls.
  • Top each serving with fresh blueberries or any other desired toppings.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your chocolate chia pudding!
