Corn is one of those insanely versatile foods and I mean that in every sense of the word. From corn fritters and corn chowder to roast corn on the cob it is a family favourite vegetable.
One of my most delicious and modern recipes is my Corn Chowder with Nduja crumb. Rich and creamy with a hint of subtle sweetness.
And it doesn’t stop there… did you know corn is used in everything from tyres to toothpaste?
