Ingredients
Chicken
- 200 g cornflakes crushed
- 25 g nutritional yeast/parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp fermented hot sauce
- 750 g chicken thighs / breast
- Oil for spritzing
Hot Honey Drizzle
- 150 g honey
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Sea salt
- 2 tbsp fermented hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180℃. Chop the chicken into small bitesize pieces. Crush the cornflakes. Stir in the seasoning and the nutritional yeast/cheese.
- Crack the eggs in a bowl and in the fermented hot sauce. Dip each piece of chicken into egg mixture then dried spiced cornflake mix.
- You could shallow-fry or spritz the chicken with oil and place it on a greased oven-proof dish or in the air fryer basket.
- When fully cooked all the way through remove from the oven, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.

- Combine all the above ingredients in a bowl and warm through in the microwave.
