Aisling is responsible for editorial and content planning, creating recipes to engage the key demographics of the show, design and develop recipes, creating supporting social content and of course presenting the live tv cookery segment every week.

Aisling Larkin joins Kieran Cuddihy and an audience of over 150,000 listeners each week to engage, entertain and inspire the listeners with a seasonal, food topic. These segments dive deep into seasonality, Irish food producers, historical and cultural links to our food heritage, nutritional information and delicious recipe to inspire audiences.
