The combination of breakfast and lunch items allows for a diverse menu that caters to different tastes, making it easier for groups with varied preferences to enjoy a meal together.Likewise, eating well at breakfast and their content is infiltrating our social media feeds and making us more conscious of breakfast. Brunch is an example of a more affordable dining experience. social connections, Instagram-able content, great coffee, 2 courses sweet and savoury.

While embracing innovation, there’s a renewed appreciation for the classics. Traditional Irish breakfasts are making a comeback, featuring high-quality sausages, black pudding, free-range eggs, and locally sourced bacon, all served with a contemporary twist to satisfy modern palates.

Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influence is still very strong here. So “plants done well”, lots of flavour. A more flexitarian way of life. nutrient-dense plant-based dishes that do it all –  full of protein and good carbs. Rise of more interesting plant-based meat alternatives like seitan, tempeh, tofu and jackfruit.

Matcha and Mocktails 

Matcha tea’s popularity at brunch is a result of its health benefits, versatility in culinary applications, and aesthetic appeal as well as mocktails becoming a huge trend due to daytime social gatherings, and many people prefer lighter or non-alcoholic beverages during the earlier hours and offer way to enjoy a flavourful and satisfying drink without the calories and potential side effects associated with an alcoholic beverage
