  • 4 ripe figs
  • 8 slices Parma ham or prosciutto halved lengthways
  • 16 bocconcini baby mozzarella balls
  • 16 basil leaves
  • Optional; extra virgin olive oil balsamic vinegar


  • Quarter the figs into 16 pieces. On a short skewer, thread the Fig, Parma ham, mozzarella and basil and continue. Finish by drizzling over a little extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar if you like. Arrange on a nice serving platter for your guests to enjoy.
