Join tv cook & broadcaster Aisling Larkin for her Food for Wellness online class. In this 90-minute online class, Aisling will demonstrate some of her delicious and wholesome breakfasts, snacks, soups and salads to nourish you this January.
Don’t be tempted anymore by fad diets and restrictive practices. Enjoy food that is simple to prepare and full of quality calories and micronutrients to support and boost immunity.
During this 90 minute session, you can either sit back, grab a notebook and watch and interact as Aisling demonstrates how to make these dishes or alternatively shop ahead and join in the interactive cook a long session.
