As one of Ireland’s most well-known and liked tv cooks and broadcasters each week, Aisling is a mainstay in homes and on commutes and walks each week with her TV, radio, social media and podcasts appearances.
Aisling has spent the last 15 years teaching, creating, learning, consulting and delivering on all things food and wellness and now she is thrilled to launch the first of her food and wellness experiences at the luxurious country location of Woodhouse Estate. Nestled in along the Copper Coast and the Waterford Greenway this is a stunning location to retreat to.
With mindfulness and wellness at the fore Aisling has planned the most wonderful day of self care, mindfulness, reflection, adventure, movement and fabulous food for you.
The whole day is a vibe. It is centred around a welcoming atmosphere making it the perfect place to develop new skills, meet like-minded people and experience stillness, nature, deliciousness and fun, all helping you to relax, reflect, reset and restore.
This immersive restorative day of self-care is limited to a small group, so everyone receives the space and time they require to get the most from the day. Take timeout to reconnect with your inner self and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
Come on your own or with a friend; either way, it will be a great way to meet like-minded people and make new social connections.

8am - Greenway 3k Walk/RunArrive at Clonea Beach for an 8am early morning walk along the most beautiful coastal part of the Greenway. Aisling will have a delicious nourishing picnic ready for you when you arrive back.

9.30am Sea DipSea dip like the locals, submerge yourself in cold water, dip your toes and

11am - FLOW movement session in the Walled GardenFrom here, make your way to the stunning walled garden of the private Woodhouse Estate. We will hydrate, have some nourishing and sustaining treats and then begin our day here with a one-hour energiser Flow Movement session. Our mindset and moment coast Cillian Bonner will lead us through a movement session that incorporates flow movement, resistance, body weight and aerobic patterns.

12 noon Food for Wellness Cookery Demo & CocktailAfter a quick break and some refreshments ( Kombucha and natural treats like energy bites, flapjacks and energy bars ), learn how to make some deliciously nourishing brunch lunch dishes in this culinary-led demo by your host and tv cook, Aisling Larkin.

2.00pm Yoga in the GardenHead back into the garden for a fabulous yoga session with Emer from Elevate Wellbeing.

3.00pm Wine & DineSit down in the beautiful surrounds of the walled garden room and enjoy a long table nourishing buffet feast. The food will be a mix of plant based foods, local meat and fish, stunning salads, desserts, artisan breads, dips and lots lots more. Fill your take home box with some delicious leftovers too.

4.00pm My Precious HourYou will then have an hour of self-care time, space and quiet. This wellness retreat is all about nourishing your soul, creating space to hear, to think, to feel, to process or to escape. It is entirely up to you, but you have permission to rest. Take a walk around the stunning estate, sit in the beautiful garden and listen to the birds, feel the sun on your face, take a shoreline stroll on the beach, nap, journal, listen to music, read a book. Connect with other gorgeous souls who will be present on the day. You choose how to use your space but this hour is for you.

5.00pm - Restorative GratitudeAfter dinner, we retreat to a candle-lit restorative yoga and meditation session. Emer from Elevate Wellbeing will bring a balance of restorative yoga and extended Shavasana (meditation) to this candlelit session. As your retreat comes to a conclusion, you are invited to slow down and rest. Gentle movements, and held poses followed by a candlelight meditation where you are invited to give yourself permission to relax and restore the body, mind and spirit.

6pm - Goodbye For NowBid farewell, feeling restored and rejuvenated. What a day it will have been, connected with new souls, spending time with yourself or those you came with, learning new skills to improve your self care and wellness. Until again…
