  • Wooden skewers
  • Star cookie cutter


  • 1 large watermelon
  • 250 g fresh blueberries
  • 1 handful of large & mini marshmallows


  • Cut watermelon into 1 inch thick slices, discard of the rind and use a star cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
  • Thread skewers, alternating blueberries, watermelon and marshmallows. Serve arranged on a platter with a bowl of yoghurt for dipping.


This is a fun snack idea for the kids! Get creative and play around with different shapes and cutters or swap to your favourite fruits like kiwi, melon, grapes. Add to a bowl of fruit salad or garnish your favourite summer sangria or wine spritzer.
These skewers should stay in the fridge until they’re ready to be enjoyed, for up to 12 hours.
