Gin Smash

A stunningly simple cocktail which packs a punch. The simple flavours of mint and the gentle hint of sweetness allow the natural botanicals from the Kerry landscape to shine through. A simple muddle in a chilled low ball glass and this cocktail is ready to go. 

I love to serve this with some light bites and enjoy as an aperitif. Some nocellera olives , a handful of nuts and some olive oil breadsticks make the perfect accompaniment to this cocktail.
