Herby, bright and fresh: Green Goddess dressing is having a moment, and you don’t want to miss it. Say hello to the oh-so-versatile and delicious obsession you’ll want to put on everything.
While it’s brilliant on salads of all kinds, this dressing is a true chameleon, perfect for drizzling over avocado toasts, pasta and pizza, dolloping on vegetables or spreading on sandwiches, wraps and focaccia. Make a batch and use it throughout the week to add a bit of extra flavour to your food.

- 50 mls light sour cream
- 50 mls low fat mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 clove garlic
- 1 anchovy fillet (optional )
- 2 tbsp Of Each Herb. or Big handfuls of parsley, chives, basil, tarragon and coriander. Wild garlic is super in here too. ( roughly chop them )
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- To make the Green Goddess dressing, simply put everything into the liquidiser and blitz until green, creamy and smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
