While it’s brilliant on salads of all kinds, this dressing is a true chameleon, perfect for drizzling over avocado toasts, pasta and pizza, dolloping on vegetables or spreading on sandwiches, wraps and focaccia. Make a batch and use it throughout the week to add a bit of extra flavour to your food.

Prep Time: 10 minutes


  • 50 mls light sour cream
  • 50 mls low fat mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 anchovy fillet (optional )
  • 2 tbsp Of Each Herb. or Big handfuls of parsley, chives, basil, tarragon and coriander. Wild garlic is super in here too. ( roughly chop them )
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


  • To make the Green Goddess dressing, simply put everything into the liquidiser and blitz until green, creamy and smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
