Grilled Peach Prosciutto and Mozzarella Salad

  • 4 peaches quartered
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 large mozzarella
  • 120 g fresh rocket
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Sea salt and black pepper


  • Slice peaches into quarters, grill on the peaches on the bbq or on a griddle pan to get the caramelized charred marks.
  • On a large serving platter, place fresh rocket sliced prosciutto on top, tear the mozzarella and grilled peaches.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve and enjoy.
