Grilled Peach Prosciutto and Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients
- 4 peaches quartered
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 1 large mozzarella
- 120 g fresh rocket
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Slice peaches into quarters, grill on the peaches on the bbq or on a griddle pan to get the caramelized charred marks.
- On a large serving platter, place fresh rocket sliced prosciutto on top, tear the mozzarella and grilled peaches.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy.
