Perfect snack for game-day
Ingredients
- 6 brioche buns
- 6 frankfurter sausages
- Kimchi or pickled onions
Sriracha slaw
- Sriracha mayo, mustard and ketchup
- Crispy onions
- Sesame seeds
- Coriander
Instructions
- Prepare all the condiments and sauces and have them ready as a self service buffet style tray.
- Boil the frankfurters as per the instructions on the packet. Drain.
- Warm the brioche bun.
Build
- Drop the frankfurter sausage into the roll, top with the kimchi ( or sriracha slaw or pickled onions), crispy onions. Drizzle over the sriracha mayo, ketchup and mustard. Top with crispy onions, sesame seeds and coriander.
