Mango & Passion Fruit Smoothie Bowl

For the smoothie bowl:

  • 300 g ripe mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 frozen banana sliced
  • 120 g plain Greek yoghurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 60 ml coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Ice cubes are optional for a thicker consistency

For topping:

  • 1 tbsp bee pollen
  • 1 ripe kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 passionfruit


Prepare the smoothie base:

  • In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, frozen banana slices, Greek yoghurt, coconut water or almond milk, and honey or maple syrup if using. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.

Assemble the bowl:

  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Add toppings:

  • Sprinkle bee pollen generously over the smoothie. Then, arrange the sliced kiwi on one side of the bowl and scoop out the passionfruit pulp and place it on the other side and serve immediately.
  • Feel free to add other fruits or favourite toppings.
