Maple & Butter Roasted Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 large side of Salmon or 4 x 150g fillets
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Sea salt & black pepper
Instructions
Salmon Skewers
- Preheat the oven to 180℃.
- Soak skewers in cold water for 10 minutes prior to using, this will prevent burning.
- Cut salmon into square bitesize cubes and marinade in the butter and maple syrup for 1 hour.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Line a baking tray with parchment.
- Thread 3/4 salmon pieces on each skewer.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve and drizzle with remaining marinade from the baking tray.
- Enjoy.
Large side of Salmon
- Line a baking tray with parchment.
- Pour maple syrup and butter over salmon, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
