Ingredients

  • 1 large side of Salmon or 4 x 150g fillets
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • Sea salt & black pepper

Instructions

Salmon Skewers

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  • Soak skewers in cold water for 10 minutes prior to using, this will prevent burning.
  • Cut salmon into square bitesize cubes and marinade in the butter and maple syrup for 1 hour.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment.
  • Thread 3/4 salmon pieces on each skewer.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve and drizzle with remaining marinade from the baking tray.
  • Enjoy.

Large side of Salmon

  • Line a baking tray with parchment.
  • Pour maple syrup and butter over salmon, season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
