I was listening to The Hard Shoulder the other evening when you came on. I just thought it was great radio. You came across so well and your banter with the presenter was genuinely easy listening. So I signed up for your masterclass. I'm really glad I did. I just loved it and you presented with such ease and professionalism. Well done. My favourites were the cheesecake, the glaze, the Salmon pate and the brussels sprouts. All so simple and yet a new way of doing them for me. Thank you so much for the time you took to do it and the two leaflets you sent on. For sure, we got super value for money on this.

Aisling it was a present from my sister and I have to say it was the best present I ever got. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Loved everything and all the tips.I have 5 kids so I really appreciate all the tips regarding products in Aldi and Lidl as I shop a lot there anyway. Hope you got to enjoy the delicious food you made after all your hard work well done fantastic class so informative and enjoyable.
