Rumor has it, that a gentleman by the name of Don Javier Delgado Corona, owner and bartender of La Capilla, in Tequila, Mexico invented the Paloma.
This thirst-quenching, refreshing cocktail hits all the flavour spots; a little sweet, sour, bitter and salty! The grapefruit bites and the garnish of rosemary takes this cocktail to the next level.
