  • 6 large king prawns cooked
  • 2 tbsp crème fraiche
  • Salt and pepper
  • Juice and zest ½ lemon
  • Small bunch of fresh dill
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes optional
  • 2 slices Ryvita crispbreads


  • Mix the crème fraiche with a little lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper and spread generously on top of your crispbreads. Top with the juicy prawns and garnish with fresh dill, chilli flakes and freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy your luxurious lunch.
  • The addition of sliced avocado would also be lovely with this recipe.
