A delicious light cocktail with a hint of winter citrus, topped with bubbly prosecco and a spring of festive rosemary to garnish. St‑Germain is a French liqueur made with fresh elderflowers, hand-picked once a year in the late spring. This is so simple, refreshing and elegant.
- 15 ml St.Germain Liqueur
- 60 ml prosecco
- 1 Clementine twist
- 1 Sprig of rosemary
- Measure the St.Germain liqueur into the coupe glass. Top with the prosecco.
- Add a twist of clementine, and even a sprig of rosemary.
- Serve immediately.
