- 60 ml prosecco
- 1 Clementine twist
- 1 Sprig of rosemary

- Measure the St.Germain liqueur into the coupe glass. Top with the prosecco.
- Add a twist of clementine, and even a sprig of rosemary.
- Serve immediately.
