Residency at Airfield

Aisling is thrilled to be taking up residency at Airfield Estate in Dublin in 2024.
Alignment of values is incredibly important to Aisling and she has always felt a deep connection to the ethos and workings of Airfield Estate. Aisling takes a conscious and considered approach to her mindset and lifestyle and encourages you to do the same as you join her for one of the wonderful events over the coming weeks. Each month Aisling will host 2 separate events here. A Saturday night dinner party and a Sunday half-day wellness retreat. These events are about joy, social connections, an appreciation for the good life and looking after yourself. I cannot wait to meet you soon.

Indulge in the enchanting experience of The Gathering by Aisling Larkin, where each gathering is centred around thoughtfully selected, seasonal, and delectable ingredients. cherishes Irish producers, flavours and produce and believes that great food is the soul of every social gathering. Our commitment to conscious and considered dining ensures that each experience is not only delicious but also brings people together to connect and hopefully we leave a more positive footprint as we go. Aisling proudly celebrates Irish producers, crafting menus that reflect her dedication to freshness, locality, and seasonality.

The stunning Saturday night dinner party in the beautiful setting of the Neff inspiration Kitchen and stunning gardens of Airfield. Start the evening bu mingling over abundant grazing boards, while enjoying a signature cocktail created with Artisan Irish products. Move on to a seasonal 3-course meal showcasing stunning artisan Irish products, simplicity, flavour, and sustainable produce direct from the regenerative soil of Airfield. This is a night of social connections, gatherings, joy and great food.

Simplicity, nature and a little luxury, this exclusive and intimate experience will allow you to relax and unwind and embrace a new approach to a modern lifestyle that works for you. Switch off and tune in, you are now being permitted to rest and have fun.
With food, mindfulness and wellness at the fore Aisling has planned the most wonderful day of self care, movement, joy and fabulous food for you.
The whole day is a vibe. It is centred around a welcoming atmosphere making it the perfect place to develop new skills, meet like-minded people and experience stillness, nature, deliciousness and fun, all helping you to relax, reflect, reset and restore.
This immersive restorative day of self-care is limited to a small group, so everyone receives the space and time they require to get the most from the day. Take timeout to reconnect with your inner self and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
You will be treated to a delicious, sustaining and nourishing breakfast on arrival, followed by mindfulness, new learning and activities, then before you depart savour a delicious wellness lunch together.
Come on your own or with a friend; either way, it will be a great way to meet like-minded people and make new social connections.
