Our all-inclusive, small-group, lifestyle retreat is centred around a welcoming atmosphere, mindfulness, wellness, reflection, gratitude, adventure, movement, nature and of course, stunning wholesome and delicious food sourced from local producers and suppliers.

We begin our mornings together chatting and connecting over tea, coffee and nourishing refreshments and sometimes even a 5 star wellness buffet breakfast.
From here the day unfolds into a combination of FLOW™️ movement, yoga, mindfulness workshop, cookery demonstration, food, lots of foods, a little signature cocktail, your ONE PRECIOUS HOUR™️, and a few surprises along the way depending on our venue.
Aisling’s nourishing foods culinary demonstration is designed around key facets of food and eating. Learn to sustain yourself from this day onwards. Aisling’s modern lifestyle food is all about seasonal and local ingredients, simple culinary techniques, clever flavour pairings and really getting excited and motivated to know how to look after yourself from now on.
As part of the day Aisling, who is an experienced mindful eating coach will guide you through some practical and everyday techniques to allow you to be control of what you eat, why you eat and how your eat for your future.
As our retreat comes to a close, we big farewell to each other, feeling restored and rejuvenated. What a day it will have been, connected with new souls, spending time with yourself or those you came with, learning new skills to improve your self-care and wellness.
