Simple BBQ Sauce
Today, I’m excited to share with you a recipe that’s perfect for all your summer grilling needs – a simple BBQ sauce that will take your BBQ game to the next level!
This sauce is everything you want in a BBQ sauce – it’s tangy, smoky, and just the right amount of sweet. And the best part? It’s super easy to make and requires only a handful of ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry.
Just imagine slathering this sauce all over your favourite grilled meats or veggies, or using it as a dip for your crispy chicken wings – the possibilities are endless!
The reason I love this BBQ sauce is, in my usual style it made with real, natural ingredients keeping it as close to nature as possible. By making a batch at home we can control the sugar and salt levels and there are no need for additives like stabilisers, preservatives, or flavour enhancer. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying these are “bad” but it’s just the more natural we can keep our food the better. Also, I love to store mine in an air-tight kilner glass jar which is reusable and it helps me be as sustainable and planet conscious as possible as I cook.
