  • 250 g smoked mackerel
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • Zest ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp black pepper


  • In a food processor, blitz all the ingredients together until the preferred consistency.
  • Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
  • Serve on treacle brown bread with thin slices of beetroot and avocado.
