Strawberry Season

Listen back to my weekly segment on Newstalk’s Hard Shoulder with Kieran Cuddihy as we share out delight about our Irish summer strawberry season. Some fabulous recipes in here; including my Strawberry, Blue Cheese Salad with Creamy balsamic dressing and garlic butter croutons. Or what about my avocado pesto pasta with strawberries. Kieran also loved my old school strawberry milkshake make with an Italian gelato or what about my balsamic roast strawberry ice cream.

Have a listen back here.
