- Let’s start to cook, we will get through about 4 recipes, prepped and ready for the week.
- As we cook, we will chat about the week and you will have a chance to get access to Aisling and her expert feeding therapy advice to help you with your specific little ones.
- Clean up, feel very smug, head off and have a great Sunday.

For me, cooking is all about feeling good and having a good time. It’s a chance to slow down, be present, and create memories with friends and family around the dinner table. Food has this magical way of connecting us all…….

When I have to feed the family for the entire week, and the majority of that responsibility falls on me… it can feel relentless and exhausting and downright thankless.
My mission is pretty straightforward—I want to help you CREATE healthy-ish meals that effortlessly fit into your daily life and ones they will ALL eat.
My recipes are based on lots of fresh produce, whole grains, good fats with some lovely homemade treats in the mix. I’m all about balance and food the entire family will enjoy. IT IS ABOUT CLEVER FLAVOUR AND SIMPLE CULINARY TECHNIQUES.
I have been on a relatively ordinary, but real and achievable wellness journey over the last few years. It is nothing spectacular but it is cumulative.
From where I was three years ago to now… my levels of contentment are so high now. I get stressed, pee-ed off, worried, and all the rest too, but my coping skills are up. They are high. I know what to do in a week to keep me balanced to perform at this level of being mom, tv chef, broadcaster, consultant, hockey coach, football tax driver, swim mom, sea dipper, wife. Yes I am exhausted, but I am also energised all in the one week, if that makes any sense.
I chase well-being in many ways, but this community we will build, right here, is all about nourishing our bodies with wholesome foods, savouring the simple joy of cooking from scratch, and indulging in the pleasure of eating.
For me, it all starts with the food. When I know I am prepared, when my fridge is organised, when there is good, real food ready to go, everything just flows from that foundation. Our world now encompasses everything from nourishing foods and physical fitness to mental well-being, meaningful relationships, and mindfulness. I am so grateful that I know how to do that now, not perfectly by any stretch of the imagination but it is getting done and I feel like we are getting better at it.

To help you get good food on the table and allow us to get on with the rest of our lives. I’m here to share tips on efficient grocery shopping and time-saving kitchen hacks so you can whip up healthy-ish meals throughout the week.
But why am I doing this?
Well, it’s simple. I care about people, and I believe my food, my recipes and my meal prep will make a big positive, happy difference to your world. You will feel better about yourself after these 2 hours I promise. A sense of accomplishment and contentment appears and you feel ready to have a great week.
Together, we are creating a space where cooking is easy and successful. We are all in it together and we just get the job done because the biggest and hardest truth of all that I have learned is….. no one is coming to do it for me !!! It is Sunday, there is a casual, chatty vibe that is friendly and welcoming. A group of like-minded people, sometimes a good old rant about all the jobs we have to do can be as productive as actually doing the cooking. As we cook you can ask questions, I will give you real, practicable, simple and tangible feeding therapy advice to help your specific little one. Trust me you will feel better about yourself after joining 1 session. A sense of accomplishment and contentment appears and you feel ready to have a great week. When you purchase and subscribe to each cook club, you will specifically receive the recipes, meal plans and grocery lists for that week. To receive all content you will need to purchase every week.
Yes, each session will be recorded to allow you to watch back at your convenience.
Access to each cookery club only costs €10.
You will receive a minimum of 8 recipes each week, with 3 – 4 of these cooked live by Aisling.
Yes you will receive a detailed weekly grocery list broken into pantry essentials, freezer items, meats, dairy, fruit and vegetables etc. This will coordinate with the weekly meal planner and recipes when you purchase, I advise you to buy early in the week to allow you to review the week ahead, and purchase your ingredients to cook along. The ingredients you buy all have a purpose, so you’ll actually use them with no food waste. Each recipe does have ingredient variations so everything is flexible.
Yes absolutely, I never create recipes that are too tricky or use ingredients you wouldn’t get in your local supermarket. Once you join the club, and log in every week you will slowly pick up tips and tricks in the kitchen to make you feel like the confident cook you are. I am also with you along the way to help when and where I can.
Yes, there will be vegan and vegetarian recipes included throughout the cookery clubs.
The weekly meal planner cannot be individually personalised, however, it has been designed in a broad manner to suit all preferences, for busy families wanting to eat wholesome nutrient-dense foods.
My recipes are based on lots of fresh produce, whole grains, and good fats with some lovely homemade treats in the mix. I’m all about balance and food the entire family will enjoy. Recipes in the cook club will vary from breakfast items, lunchbox ideas, snacks, prep-ahead, freezer friendly dinners, slow-cooker recipes, household staples including soups, bread, smoothies, overnight oats, flapjacks, hummus pesto etc. and of course freshly baked sweet treats. Also included are healthy flavourful nutritionally balanced meals for busy moms and dads.
