  • 25 g flaked almonds
  • 25 g pumpkin seeds
  • 25 g black and white sesame
  • 10 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp nigella seeds
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • Drizzle olive oil


  • In a dry frying pan, toast the flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, black and white sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly golden and fragrant. Stir frequently to prevent burning.
  • Remove the toasted seeds and almonds from the heat and transfer them to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the flaxseeds, nigella seeds, and chilli flakes to the bowl.
  • Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and toss until all the seeds and almonds are evenly coated.
  • Allow the mixture to cool before serving.
  • Sprinkle this over your favourite salads just before serving for an extra crunch and a boost of nutrients.
