Mindful Eating Workshop
In this 60 minutes workshop, mindful eating coach and keynote speaker, tv chef and host Aisling Larkin will work with your team, as part of your corporate wellness programme to bring a new perspective to our eating practices. Eating is a learned behaviour, and through a process of mindful reflection and mindful eating techniques, we can begin to uncover and overcome some of the emotional and environmental triggers that may cause us to overeat, binge eat and mindlessly graze all day.
During this session, Aisling will bring you through the key tenets of her 10-step mindful eating
programme which includes
- Meditation & creating space
- Inner Wisdom - honour hunger and feel your fullness
- Outer Wisdom - simple wisdom and gentle movement
- Eating Triggers & Coping Strategies
- Discernment - Umami & Multi-sensory & Eating Mindfully

Aisling allows for a very introspective personal approach in these workshops and encourages all participants to actively engage in their reflective learning practice using the free e-journal during the session. There are practical, approachable and accessible mindful eating techniques given for each session.

Mindful Eating & Cooking Demo Workshop
In this 90 minute workshop, mindful eating coach, keynote speaker, tv chef and host Aisling Larkin will work with your team, as part of your corporate wellness programme to bring a new perspective to your cooking and eating practices.
Eating is a learned behaviour, and through a process of mindful reflection and mindful eating techniques, we can begin to uncover and overcome some of the emotional and environmental triggers that may cause us to overeat, binge eat and mindlessly graze all day.
During this session, Aisling will begin by providing you with accessible and practical strategies from the critical tenants of her 10-step mindful eating programme.
These include:
- Mindfulness techniques that are not all about meditation
- Tools and strategies to tune in to our inner wisdom.
- How self-awareness and sensory regulation creates space for processing hunger and fullness cues enabling us to become more self-aware of our eating practices.
- In addition to this, you will begin to learn about eating triggers and some practical coping strategies.
- Understanding the power of mindset in mindful eating is also paramount to changing your behaviours.
Then it is time to cook mindfully.
Work with Aisling to create some delicious seasonal recipes for an onsite or virtual cookery demonstration. learn lots of tips, and how to eat mindfully from a practical perspective.
