Aperol Spritz
An Aperol Spritz is that refreshing, distinctively orange, bittersweet cocktail that shouts Aperitivo moment.
So what is an aperitvo moment? Well, it is about that time when the sun begins to set, the day is done, and you get to kick back a little.
It is a simple Italian cocktail with only 3 ingredients. Aperol, prosecco and soda water. The key is have your glass full of ice and then be sure to garnish with a slice of orange.

- 60 mls Aperol
- 90 mls Prosecco
- 30 mls Soda
- 1 slice orange
- Large glass full of ice
Instructions
Method
- Fill a white wine glass with ice
- Pour 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C.
- Followed by 2 parts of Aperol
- And 1 splash of soda
- Garnish with an orange slice
Notes
Remember to have your glass full with ice and sip responsibly through a straw. Always drink responsibly.
