I love food. I love cooking food, eating food, hosting food events and most importantly I love sharing food. I invite you to join me on this luxurious, flavourful and unique one-night dining experience showcasing the best of Irish Artisan food.
Following on from the previously successful supper clubs including a Moroccan, Mexican and French cook and dine evening in the renowned Tannery Cookery School in Dungarvan, I am thrilled to announce further dates and welcome you to join us.
My luxe supper clubs are seasonally themed, and consist of a four-course supper, a signature cocktail which is carefully chosen to enhance the dining experience, grazing boards on arrival. Each menu and dish is personally designed and curated by Aisling Larkin.
The whole night is a celebration and love for good food, wine, and conversation.You will be greeted by Aisling and her team, a gorgeous apéritif and delicous grazing boards, opportunity to meet other guests, mingle, sip great cocktails, before getting to work in the kitchen and diving into delicious dishes you each created with each other, for each other.
We all cook together and prepare the food for a shared feast then retreat down to the gorgeous private dining room of the Tannery Cookery School and enjoy a fun-filled 4-course supper made with love with like-minded souls, as dinner is served Aisling tells the story of each dish and the ingredients allowing the guests to connect and understand the dish, the products used and the overall ambience of the night. The energy and vibe for the night is fun, local, sustainable, quality, discernment and wellness all based on the heart of local Irish food producers and suppliers. My supper clubs are perfect for beginner, intermediate or experienced cooks alike.
