Food For Better Workplaces

Food, Culture, Strategy
Modern office break room with olive-green cabinetry where employees gather around a circular counter with food and beverages

Creating workplace cultures where people thrive through food.

Working alongside senior leadership to shape workplace cultures and food environments that improve how people feel, perform and connect every day. From workplace dining transformation and organisation-wide wellbeing programmes to keynote speaking, live demonstrations and team experiences, every engagement is designed to create meaningful behaviour change and workplaces people choose to return to.
"Food isn't an employee benefit. It's one of the most powerful tools we have to influence how people feel, connect and perform every day."
Aisling Larkin
Every workplace is different, but the opportunity is the same.

Whether I'm delivering an engaging cookery demonstration, speaking to hundreds of employees, designing a food centred wellbeing programme or working alongside leadership teams to transform workplace dining, the goal is always the same: creating environments where healthier choices become easier, more enjoyable and part of everyday working life.

My work combines culinary expertise, behavioural science, workplace wellbeing and organisational leadership to create practical solutions that people genuinely engage with. From one off events to long term strategic partnerships, every programme is designed to deliver meaningful experiences with measurable outcomes.

I also work as an independent advisor between organisations and their food service providers, helping ensure workplace dining supports both employee wellbeing and wider business objectives. The result is food that people genuinely want to eat and workplaces where food becomes a catalyst for connection, performance and culture.

Leading in four key areas

01

Live Events

The live keynote and cookery experience that changes the way employees think about food, not through instruction, but through genuine understanding.

Combining the science of satiety, the psychology of food behaviour and a live culinary demonstration, these sessions create moments of insight that stay with people long after they leave.

Built on almost a decade as a trusted Laya Healthcare corporate partner and delivered for organisations including Mastercard Ireland, Eir, Docusign and many more, these experiences are proven to engage, educate and inspire every time.
02

Culture

The strategic groundwork that determines what comes next.

When knowing where to begin is the biggest challenge. Whether you need an organisational audit, a strategic blueprint, buy in from your people, a budget proposal for your CFO, a board ready plan for your CEO, or a culture strategy for your CMO, this process provides the clarity to move forward.

Together, we uncover what your organisation values, how that is experienced in practice, and where the gap is costing you.

Not a report. A strategic foundation you'll reference for years.
03

Programmes and behaviour change

Designing the behaviour change programmes that become part of how your organisation works.

Grounded in conscious choice theory, behavioural science and the realities of modern working life, each programme is created to shift habits, build capability and deliver measurable impact at scale.

This is not a standardised intervention. It is a bespoke strategic framework, designed around your people, your culture and the outcomes your organisation needs to demonstrate.
04

Strategy

Every workplace is different. The opportunity is the same: using food to shape healthier, more connected and more engaged workplace cultures.

I combine culinary expertise, behavioural science, workplace wellbeing and organisational leadership to design strategies that make healthier choices easier, more enjoyable and part of everyday working life.

As an independent advisor, I help organisations and food service providers ensure workplace dining supports employee wellbeing and business objectives.

The result: food people genuinely want to eat, and workplace cultures where food drives connection, performance and wellbeing.
Built for

Every stage of the journey, met where you are.

The future of workplace wellbeing is creating environments where the better choice becomes the natural choice. Where food supports performance, wellbeing and connection, and every meal becomes an opportunity to shape culture.

Because when organisations change the way people experience food, they change the way people experience work.

Food is no longer a benefit to be added. It is a strategic tool for organisations that understand culture, performance and wellbeing are built through everyday experiences.

Designed for Chief People Officers, CMOs, CFOs, Heads of Workplace Experience, HR and Wellbeing leaders.

How we work together

Outsourced Partnership

Your outsourced food, wellbeing and culture advisor, embedded within your organisation.

For organisations ready to make food, wellbeing and culture a strategic priority, this partnership provides ongoing access to senior expertise without the need for a permanent hire.

Working alongside your leadership team, I help shape strategy, build frameworks, develop programmes and create the systems needed to turn ambition into meaningful organisational change.

A trusted strategic partner, available for as long as your organisation needs.

Strategic Sprint

The focused expertise you need when one important objective needs to move forward quickly.

The Strategic Sprint is a short term advisory engagement designed for specific business needs requiring immediate clarity, insight and direction. Whether you need an audit, a business case for CFO approval, a strategy for a CEO or board presentation, a culture framework for your CMO, or evidence for a workplace award submission, this focused intervention delivers the insight and roadmap needed to take action.

One objective. One focused engagement. Clear direction to move forward.

Programme Licensing

Creating powerful food and wellbeing programmes that help people learn, engage and transform their relationship with food.

From culinary training and learning to cook, to conscious choice, food relationships and leadership, each programme is designed around your organisation’s needs and can be licensed to create lasting impact at scale.

Enrich demonstrates the depth of this work: a two year programme build, created from strategy through to delivery, launched at Microsoft and now supporting employees across leading fintech, pharma and technology organisations throughout Ireland.

Advocacy

Internal Voice. External Representation.

A strategy is only as powerful as the way it is communicated. I work alongside organisations to give food, wellbeing and workplace culture a credible, engaging and influential voice, both internally and externally.

From leadership communications and employee engagement to keynote speaking, media interviews, industry events and policy forums, I help organisations communicate their position with clarity, authority and purpose, building trust, strengthening reputation and inspiring action.

Because the organisations leading the future of workplace wellbeing don't just have a strategy. They have a voice.

Shared values and real impact

We’ve worked with Aisling Larkin for over a year and a half, and she’s become like family here at Elm Park. She revitalised our all-day dining menu, integrating over 15 small artisan Irish producers, and led the process as a true partner, from menu development and supplier sourcing through to training and SOPs. Her 8-week newsletter campaign brought our members with us, culminating in a tasting menu dinner for 150. In May 2024 we moved to phase two, The Rose Garden, our 120-seat restaurant, which opened in November. What stands out most is her dedication to every detail.

Aisling brought food and wellness to life in eir with a brilliant presentation on mindful eating and behaviours. The interactive cooking demonstration set it apart from other speaker events. Best of all, Aisling took the time to chat to every attendee afterwards, creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that felt like being invited into her kitchen. 5 stars!

Eir HQ, South Quarter Dublin

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for delivering such an engaging, insightful, and truly impactful session at our “Food for Wellness” event. The way you connected nutrition and mindfulness in such a practical, engaging, and easy-to-understand way was great! The energy you brought to the room was infectious, and your practical tips left everyone feeling empowered to make positive, mindful changes around food and wellbeing. The session was not only informative but also uplifting – a real highlight for our team. We’re so grateful for your time and expertise!

Opentext, Cork

We had the pleasure of welcoming Aisling Larkin to our office for a food demo, and it was a fantastic experience! Aisling’s passion for food and nutrition shines through in everything she does. Her demonstration was engaging, informative, and inspiring, with plenty of practical tips that our team can use every day. The dishes she prepared were not only delicious but also easy to recreate at home. Highly recommended!

AWAC, HQ Dublin, One Georges Place

Aisling’s wellness talk during our Mastercard Wellness Week was truly impactful. Her approach to wellness, focused on mindset, behavior, and self-worth resonated deeply with our team. She emphasized how our food choices and behaviors are shaped by our beliefs, and how changing our mindset is key to lasting wellness. Aisling’s ability to make complex concepts relatable and actionable left us feeling motivated and empowered. Her message of achieving balance and joy through conscious, mindful living was exactly what we needed and highly recommend her as a speaker.

Mastercard Ireland

Aisling’s session around mindful eating was a real eye opener. Understanding the different types of hunger and how to recognize them has been a great help for keeping cravings at bay and preventing me from unintentional grazing throughout the day.

This role was built because it didn't exist, and this industry needed it to.

The work exists at every level of your organisation — from the strategy that sets the direction, to the culture that holds it, to the people who live it every day. This is what it looks like when food and wellbeing are taken seriously at scale. If that is what you are building, this is the conversation to have.
